Who is this girl?

Amanda spends her autumns eating banana muffins, her winters eating pecan pie, her springs eating lemon cupcakes with raspberry icing, and her summers eating egg custard snowballs with marshmallow. When she’s not eating, she can be found baking, writing about baking, or drinking inordinate amounts of coffee.

She also got a Bachelor’s degree in English from UMBC when she wasn’t eating. And sneaks off to Johns Hopkins at night to get her Master’s in writing creative nonfiction.

Her goal in life is to be the female Anthony Bourdain.
