Hello, and welcome! My name is Amanda and I am so glad to see you here at Manda Bakes. Manda Bakes is a licensed and Insured Cottage Food Operation in Santa Clarita, CA! I pride myself on making every custom order from scratch and with quality ingredients!  I started Manda Bakes in 2018 as a way to bake for friends and family, but my journey in baking and pastry spans decades. I have loved baking since childhood and finally took the next step in 2009 by attending culinary school. I earned my Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California San Diego in 2011. Some of my work experience in the culinary industry includes line cook, wedding and events catering chef, and pastry cook in a luxury hotel and spa. After taking time off to be a mom to two beautiful kids, baking from home seemed like the most logical step for me and my passion. It has been such an honor to be a part of so many of your special occasions through out the years. Being able to bring my clients sweet visions to life is such a reward and my goal is to not only make them beautiful but delicious!
